Saturday was the BIG day! Lyla's recital was at 5:00. Daddy and Meme went with us on Saturday while Grandmother and Aub stayed at home with the little ones. We once again did hair and make-up. Here she is ready backstage for her first dance...TAP!

Finally we changed for the Finale! She did great! Most of her best buds decided not to do the finale, so I was very proud of her for doing it by herself with other strangers! I couldn't believe it!
After the recital, Daddy was waiting with flowers.

Meme was waiting too! Lyla couldn't wait to get to the car to see what Meme had brought her!

A REAL BABY!!
All year Lyla has wanted one of these. My "bribe" for her to stick with dance was the baby. You know there are those days that they just don't want to do what they are supposed to. SHE IS JUST FOUR! I hate bribes, but you do what you have to do. IT WORKED!! :)

We are so proud of you! You were such a big girl and danced on the BIG stage at the BJCC! We could not have been more proud. You danced every dance and did your best! You were the cutest one in your costumes. We love you and are so proud of our shining star!
