We spent the day with family at Meme and Papa Charles' house. We began the celebration of our country's birthday and our freedom with lunch. It was yummo! Papa Charles grilled ribs, chicken, and sausage! Meme made potato salad and cowboy beans. I made dessert! Anmama and Papa came to eat too!

After a day full of fun, we headed out to the hunting camp to watch the fireworks from a distance. We met Aunt Michelle, Uncle Mark, Eli and Uncle Matthew out there. Anmama and Meme came with us too! We had a great night watching the fireworks and also shooting some of our own. Lyla LOVED them! Lily said, "They hurt my EARS!!" Lola held onto her mama tight when one would pop!
