Wordless Wednesday!

This post is late due to our power outage for 2 days.  Deadly Storms and Tornados came through AL on Wednesday, April 27.  We woke up to sirens going off at 5:30 am!  By 6:00 am we were all in our safe spot and stayed there on and off throughout the day.  We are so blessed that a few trees in our yard and no power was all we suffered.  God's hand of protection was over us!  Praise the Lord!  We are praying for all of the families that are still suffering from this disaster!

Today was Teacher Appreciation Day at my school.  What a blessing the students and their parents are to me!  I am speechless.

The Easter Story

Jesus paid it all and all to him we owe!  HE's ALIVE!  What a wonderful day we have had with our family today!  I wanted to share with you the Easter story as told by Lyla.  I hope you can hear it with my chatter box in the background!  (Lola has found her voice and when anyone else begins to speak...she does too!!!)

Another funny...this week I made these Easter treats for my class.  They turned out precious! (Thanks, Beth, for the cute idea!)  I only put 2 peeps in each bag, and Lyla out of the blue says, "When I am a teacher, my kids can have all they want!"  HA!  :)
